Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment paper.
- Combine old-fashioned rolled oats and salt in a large bowl, stirring until evenly coated.
- Warm peanut butter and honey in a small saucepan over low heat for 1-2 minutes, stirring until smooth.
- Pour the warm peanut butter mixture over the oats and fold gently until every oat is coated.
- Transfer the mixture to your prepared pan and press firmly into an even layer.
- Refrigerate the pan for at least 1 hour until set.
- Lift the bars from the pan using parchment edges and slice into 12 even squares.
