- Stand the loaf upright and make cuts approximately 1-inch apart, stopping ½-inch from the bottom.
Assembly and Baking
- Spread garlic butter into each cut, then stuff with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Place loaf on a baking sheet, tent loosely with foil, and bake for 15 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes until cheese is bubbly and crust is golden.
