For the Glaze
- In a medium saucepan, whisk together brown sugar, pineapple juice, honey, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, and ground cloves until smooth.
- Bring mixture to a gentle boil over medium heat, then reduce heat and simmer for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thickened.
To Glaze the Ham
- Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Score the ham in a diamond pattern, about 1/4-inch deep, then place on a rack in a roasting pan.
- Place ham uncovered in preheated oven. Bake for 1 hour, basting every 20 minutes with half of the glaze.
- Brush remaining glaze generously over ham's surface. Increase oven temp to 400°F (204°C) and bake 10-15 minutes more until caramelized.
- Remove ham, tent loosely with foil, and rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing.
