How to Make
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (218°C) and line a rimmed baking sheet with foil or use a wire rack.
- Pat dry the wings with paper towels to ensure crisp skin.
- Drizzle olive oil over the wings, then toss with lemon zest, cracked black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and salt.
- Arrange wings in a single layer on the prepared rack above the baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes, flip each wing, then bake an additional 15–20 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Immediately toss wings in a bowl with fresh lemon juice for a bright glaze.
