How to Make Cheesy Garlic Breadsticks Easy
  1. Activate Yeast: In a small bowl, whisk warm water with sugar and yeast. Let stand 5–10 minutes until foamy.
  2. Mix Dough: In a large bowl, combine flour and salt. Pour in yeast mixture and olive oil. Stir until a shaggy dough forms.
  3. Knead Dough: Turn dough onto a lightly floured surface and knead for 5–7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  4. First Rise: Place dough in an oiled bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and rest for 15–20 minutes until doubled in size.
  5. Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
