How to Make Golden Baked Potato Wedges
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (218°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it to prevent sticking.
- Wash and dry the Russet potatoes, then slice each lengthwise into 8 wedges for uniform cooking.
- Drizzle olive oil over wedges, then sprinkle garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss gently until evenly coated.
- Spread seasoned wedges in a single layer on the prepared sheet. Bake at 425°F for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown.
- Transfer wedges to a serving platter. If desired, sprinkle chopped parsley and grated Parmesan. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
