  • 2 large eggs binds the batter
  • 1 cup milk whole or plant-based for creaminess
  • 1/2 cup water adjust for thinner batter
  • 1 tablespoon butter (melted) prevents sticking
  • 1 tablespoon sugar adds subtle sweetness

  • 2 tablespoons Nutella the star ingredient

  • powdered sugar optional for dusting

Method
 

For the Crepe Batter
  1. In a medium bowl, combine all-purpose flour, sugar, and salt. Whisk until well blended.
  2. Crack in eggs, pour in milk and water, then whisk until the batter is silky smooth.
  3. Let the crepe batter rest for 5 minutes.
Cooking the Crepes
  1. Warm a non-stick skillet over medium heat and brush lightly with melted butter.
  2. Pour a scant 1/4 cup batter into the center and cook until edges lift and bottom is light golden.
  3. Gently flip and cook an additional 30 seconds until speckled, then transfer to a warm plate.
Assembling the Crepes
  1. Microwave Nutella for 10 seconds, then spread evenly over each crepe.
  2. Fold into quarters or roll tightly and arrange on plates.
  3. Top with fresh berries, powdered sugar, or whipped cream.
