  • 1 cup Bell peppers (mixed) Red, yellow, green
  • 1 medium Onion Sliced thin
  • 3 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh ginger Grated
For the Sauce
  • 3 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce Can substitute with hoisin sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil For finishing
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch Mixed with water
  • 1 tablespoon Brown sugar
Optional Add-Ins
  • 1 teaspoon Chili flakes Or fresh chili
  • 2 stalks Green onions Thinly sliced
  • Sesame seeds Toasted for topping

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Thinly slice bell peppers and onion; mince garlic and grate fresh ginger.
  2. Warm a skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add oil and swirl until shimmering.
  3. Pat sirloin strips dry, season lightly, then sear in batches for 1–2 minutes per side.
  4. Whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, and cornstarch slurry.
  5. Return beef to the pan with veggies, pour sauce over, and stir constantly for 2–3 minutes.
  6. Transfer stir-fry to plates or a platter, sprinkle green onions and sesame seeds if using.
