- Thinly slice bell peppers and onion; mince garlic and grate fresh ginger.

- Whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, and cornstarch slurry.
- Return beef to the pan with veggies, pour sauce over, and stir constantly for 2–3 minutes.
