For the Filling
- In a bowl, combine ground chicken, minced garlic, green onions, soy sauce, grated ginger, sesame oil, salt, and pepper until evenly blended.
For Assembly & Frying
- Lay a wrapper flat, place 1 tsp filling in center, moisten edges, fold into a triangle, pressing edges firmly to seal.
- In a large skillet, pour ½ inch vegetable oil and heat over medium-high until shimmering (about 350°F).
- Carefully add wontons in batches; fry 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown and crisp.
- Use a slotted spoon to transfer bites to paper towels. Serve hot with dipping sauce.
