How to Make Garlic Butter Shrimp Skillet Bites
- Heat olive oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat for 1–2 minutes until shimmering.
- Arrange shrimp in a single layer and cook for 1–2 minutes per side until pink edges curl and golden brown sear marks appear.
- Reduce heat to medium, add unsalted butter and minced garlic, cooking for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Return shrimp to skillet, toss in garlic-butter sauce, season with salt and pepper, and cook for another minute.
