How to Make Garlic Butter Shrimp Skillet Bites
  1. Heat olive oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat for 1–2 minutes until shimmering.
  2. Arrange shrimp in a single layer and cook for 1–2 minutes per side until pink edges curl and golden brown sear marks appear.
  3. Reduce heat to medium, add unsalted butter and minced garlic, cooking for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Return shrimp to skillet, toss in garlic-butter sauce, season with salt and pepper, and cook for another minute.
  5. Remove skillet from heat, sprinkle parsley and squeeze lemon over shrimp, then plate immediately.
