How to Make Garlic Lemon Chicken Bake
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together fresh garlic, lemon juice and zest, olive oil, herbs, chicken broth, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Toss the chicken thighs in the marinade, coating each piece evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours.
- Place marinated chicken in a single layer in a baking dish, pouring any extra marinade over the top.
- Bake in preheated oven for 25–30 minutes until the chicken is golden brown and a thermometer reads 165°F at the thickest part.
- For extra crispiness, switch oven to broil and cook 2–3 minutes more until edges are nicely browned.
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes to seal in juices before garnishing with parsley and lemon wedges.
