How to Make Garlic Lemon Chicken Bake
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together fresh garlic, lemon juice and zest, olive oil, herbs, chicken broth, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Toss the chicken thighs in the marinade, coating each piece evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours.
  4. Place marinated chicken in a single layer in a baking dish, pouring any extra marinade over the top.
  5. Bake in preheated oven for 25–30 minutes until the chicken is golden brown and a thermometer reads 165°F at the thickest part.
  6. For extra crispiness, switch oven to broil and cook 2–3 minutes more until edges are nicely browned.
  7. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes to seal in juices before garnishing with parsley and lemon wedges.
