Method
 

For the Marinade
  1. In a bowl, whisk honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, olive oil, and apple cider vinegar until smooth and golden.
  2. Pat chicken dry, then add thighs to a dish. Pour marinade over, coating each piece thoroughly. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to overnight.
For the Bake

  2. Bake for 25–30 minutes, basting halfway with leftover marinade, until chicken is cooked through and the glaze is caramelized.
