For the Shrimp and Sauce
- Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
- Add shrimp to the hot skillet and sauté for 3–4 minutes until opaque pink.
- Whisk honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, garlic, and cornstarch in a bowl until smooth.
- Pour sauce into the pan and simmer for 1–2 minutes until thick and glossy.
For the Rice Bowl
- Spoon hot rice into individual bowls, top with shrimp and vegetables.
- Sprinkle green onions and sesame seeds over each bowl for garnish.
