How to Make Beef Stuffed Mini Bell Peppers
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper, then drizzle a bit of olive oil for easy cleanup.
  2. Trim the mini bell peppers: slice off the tops and remove all seeds and membranes.
  3. Sauté onion and garlic: warm olive oil in a skillet, add onion and garlic, cooking until translucent.
  4. Brown ground beef: add beef to the skillet and cook until no longer pink.
  5. Season the filling: mix in breadcrumbs, egg, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  6. Stuff the peppers: fill each mini bell pepper with the beef mixture.
