How to Make Lemon Butter Garlic Fish Bites
  1. Pat the fish dry and season with salt and pepper on all sides.
  2. Dredge each seasoned fish piece first in flour, then dip into beaten egg, pressing gently into panko breadcrumbs.
  3. Fry about 2 tablespoons of oil in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, cooking fish bites until golden brown, about 2 to 3 minutes per side.
  4. Melt butter in a clean pan over medium heat until foaming gently.
  5. Add minced garlic, stirring constantly for about 30 seconds until fragrant but not brown.
  6. Stir in fresh lemon juice, simmer gently for 1 minute, then fold in chopped parsley until glossy.
  7. Toss fish bites in the warm lemon butter garlic sauce, then transfer to a serving plate.
