  • 2 cloves Garlic finely minced

How to Make Lemon Garlic Butter Tilapia
  1. Pat three tilapia fillets dry, sprinkle salt and pepper evenly on both sides.
  2. Warm 2 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium heat until it foams, about 1 minute.
  3. Place fillets in the hot butter, cooking each side for 3–4 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Add minced garlic to the skillet, sauté over low heat for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  5. Stir in fresh lemon juice for bright acidity.
  6. Nestle tilapia back into the garlic butter, basting gently for 1 minute.
  7. Sprinkle chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
