How to Make Lemon Garlic Butter Tilapia
- Pat three tilapia fillets dry, sprinkle salt and pepper evenly on both sides.
- Warm 2 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium heat until it foams, about 1 minute.
- Place fillets in the hot butter, cooking each side for 3–4 minutes until golden brown.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet, sauté over low heat for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Stir in fresh lemon juice for bright acidity.
- Nestle tilapia back into the garlic butter, basting gently for 1 minute.
- Sprinkle chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
