Method
 

Making the Dessert
  1. Combine graham cracker crumbs with melted butter in a bowl until the texture resembles damp sand.

  3. Refrigerate the pressed cups for at least 10 minutes.
  4. In a mixing bowl, whisk lemon pudding mix and cold milk for 2 minutes until smooth.

  6. Spoon or pipe the creamy lemon pudding over the chilled crust.
  7. Return the assembled cups to the fridge and chill for at least 1 hour.
