For the Mango Layer

  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
For the Crunchy Base
  • 1 cup graham crackers Crushed
  • 4 tablespoons butter Melted

Method
 

For the Crunchy Base
  1. Combine graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until evenly moistened. Press firmly into a 9x9 inch dish and chill for 10 minutes.
For the Creamy Filling
  1. In a chilled bowl, beat heavy cream and vanilla extract until soft peaks form, about 2–3 minutes.
  2. Gently fold sweetened condensed milk into whipped cream until smooth and fluffy, about 30 seconds.
For the Mango Layer
  1. Toss diced mango chunks with lime juice in a small bowl until coated.
  2. Spoon half the creamy filling over the chilled crust, then scatter half the mango mixture. Repeat layers, ending with mango on top.
  3. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
