For the Crunchy Base
- Combine graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until evenly moistened. Press firmly into a 9x9 inch dish and chill for 10 minutes.
For the Creamy Filling
- In a chilled bowl, beat heavy cream and vanilla extract until soft peaks form, about 2–3 minutes.
- Gently fold sweetened condensed milk into whipped cream until smooth and fluffy, about 30 seconds.
For the Mango Layer
- Toss diced mango chunks with lime juice in a small bowl until coated.
- Spoon half the creamy filling over the chilled crust, then scatter half the mango mixture. Repeat layers, ending with mango on top.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
