  • 1 cup Guacamole For dipping.

How to Make Mini Cheesy Beef Nacho Cups
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 12-cup muffin tin.
  2. In a medium skillet over medium heat, cook onion in oil until translucent, about 3 minutes.
  3. Stir in minced garlic and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.
  4. Add ground beef, breaking it up, and cook until no pink remains, about 5-7 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper over beef and cook for another minute.
  6. Press one tortilla chip into each muffin cup to form a cup.
  7. Spoon the seasoned beef mixture into each chip cup.
  8. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over each beef cup.
  9. Bake for 8-10 minutes until cheese is melted and edges are golden.
  10. Let cool in the tin for 2 minutes before serving.
