  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice

For the Cucumber Cups
  • 1 large English Cucumber sliced into thick rounds
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes optional, halved
  • 2 tablespoons Chives or Green Onions finely chopped
Optional Garnishes
  • 1 tablespoon Capers optional
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika or Smoked Paprika for sprinkling on top

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Slice English cucumber into ½-inch rounds, then scoop out the centers to create cups.
  2. Arrange cucumber cups on a serving platter and refrigerate for about 10 minutes.
  3. In a medium bowl, stir canned tuna, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, chopped dill, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until creamy.
  4. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
  5. Spoon or pipe the tuna mixture into each cucumber cup until slightly mounded.
  6. Top each cup with halved cherry tomatoes, chopped chives, and a sprinkle of paprika or capers.
