Method
 

For the Oreo Crust
  1. Combine 20 crushed Oreos with 4 tablespoons melted butter in a bowl until evenly coated.
  2. Press the mixture firmly into each cavity for even bases. Chill in the freezer for at least 10 minutes.
For the Cheesecake Filling
  1. Whip ½ cup heavy whipping cream until soft peaks form, about 2-3 minutes.
  2. Beat 8 ounces softened cream cheese with ⅓ cup powdered sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla until smooth, about 2 minutes.
  3. Fold the whipped cream gently into the cream cheese mixture until fully incorporated.
  4. Spoon or pipe the filling into each chilled crust and top with a mini Oreo half.
  5. Chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour until firm.
