  • 1 cup Milk of choice dairy, almond, or oat milk
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt adds creaminess and protein
  • 2 tablespoons Chia seeds adds fiber and omega-3s
  • 1 tablespoon Honey or maple syrup natural sweetener
For the Fresh Fruit Topping
  • 1 cup Berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries) for vibrant color
  • 1 medium Sliced peaches or mango juicy options
  • 1 medium Banana slices for creamy texture
Optional Mix-ins & Garnishes
  • 1/4 cup Nuts (almonds, walnuts) add crunch
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon or vanilla extract for aroma and taste
  • 1 tablespoon Nut butters (peanut, almond) for extra richness

Method
 

For the Oats Base
  1. Combine oats, milk, yogurt, chia seeds, and sweetener in a mason jar or bowl. Stir until mixed and oats start absorbing the liquid.
  2. Seal cover with a lid or plastic wrap to keep out fridge odors.
  3. Chill refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight until oats turn creamy and thick.
For the Fresh Fruit Topping
  1. Prepare wash fruit under cold water, pat dry, and slice into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Assemble spoon chilled oats into serving jars or bowls. Top with fresh fruit and optional garnishes.
  3. Serve enjoy immediately or cover and keep refrigerated up to 2 days.
