  • 2 cups Fresh strawberries ripe and juicy
  • 1 cup Heavy cream cold
  • 3 tablespoons Powdered sugar sifted
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

  • 1/4 cup Chopped nuts for garnish
  • 2 tablespoons Dark chocolate shavings for garnish
  • 6 leaves Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Rinse strawberries under cold water in a colander, pat dry, then remove stems.
  2. Slice strawberries into uniform ¼-inch pieces.
  3. Beat cold heavy cream in a chilled bowl at medium speed until soft peaks form, about 2–3 minutes.
  4. Add sifted powdered sugar and vanilla extract, then whip on medium-high speed until stiff, glossy peaks form.
  5. Spoon a layer of strawberries into each glass, top with whipped cream, repeat layers, finishing with a dollop of cream.
  6. Refrigerate cups for at least 15 minutes.
  7. Garnish with chopped nuts, dark chocolate shavings, or fresh mint leaves.
