How to Make Roasted Garlic Parmesan Cauliflower Steaks
- Preheat your oven to 425°F and position a rack in the center.
- Remove leaves and core, then cut cauliflower into ½-inch-thick steaks.
- In a bowl, whisk olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika until well blended.
- Lay steaks on a parchment-lined sheet and brush both sides generously with the seasoned oil mixture.
- Bake at 425°F for 20–25 minutes until golden brown, flipping halfway through.
- Sprinkle freshly grated Parmesan over the steaks in the last 3 minutes of roasting.
- Transfer to a warm platter, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve.
