How to Make Sweet Chili Chicken Bites
- Cut chicken breast into bite-sized pieces, season with salt and pepper, then toss in beaten eggs and cornstarch until coated.
- Warm vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering—about 350°F.
- Carefully add chicken pieces in batches, frying 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
- Reduce heat, sauté minced garlic in the same skillet for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Stir in sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, and red pepper flakes; simmer for 2 minutes until thickened.
- Return the fried chicken to the skillet, tossing to coat in the sauce for 1–2 minutes.
