  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Berry Medley
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries sliced thin
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup raspberries
Optional Toppings
  • 1/2 cup granola for crunch
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts walnuts or almonds

Method
 

For the Vanilla Yogurt Base
  1. Whisk vanilla yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl until silky smooth and lightly whipped, about 30 seconds.
For the Berry Medley
  1. Slice strawberries thinly, then toss them with blueberries and raspberries in a bowl.
For Assembly
  1. Spoon ¼ cup of the airy vanilla yogurt blend into each glass.
  2. Scatter half of the mixed berries evenly over the yogurt layer.
  3. Add another ¼ cup of yogurt, then finish with a final sprinkle of berries.
  4. Chill the assembled cups in the fridge for at least 10 minutes.
