For the Marinade

For Cooking
- Heat Pan: Warm olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat for about 2 minutes until shimmering.
- Sear Chicken: Add marinated bites in a single layer; cook for 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Finish & Serve: Drizzle honey over hot chicken, toss gently, then sprinkle chopped parsley and extra zest.
