Preparation

  2. In a medium bowl, stir graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until moist and sandy.
  3. Press crust firmly into the pan bottom; bake for 8 minutes until lightly golden.
  4. Let it cool slightly while preparing the next layers.
Pumpkin Filling
  1. Whisk pumpkin puree, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves until smooth.
Cheesecake Layer
  1. Beat cream cheese and granulated sugar on medium speed until fluffy.
  2. Add eggs one at a time, beating just until combined.
  3. Stir in vanilla extract until the batter is silky.
Assembly and Baking
