How to Make Cheesy Spinach Stuffed Crescents
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook fresh spinach with a pinch of garlic powder until wilted and bright green, about 2–3 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, stir together cream cheese, shredded mozzarella, grated Parmesan, salt, and pepper until smooth, creamy, and well combined.
- Fold the wilted spinach into the cheese mixture until evenly distributed, ensuring every bite is cheesy and vibrant.
- Place crescent dough sheets on a parchment-lined baking sheet, gently pressing seams together to form uniform triangles ready for filling.
- Spoon about 2 tablespoons of spinach-cheese mixture onto the wide end of each triangle, leaving a small border so filling doesn’t spill during baking.
- Starting at the wide end, roll each triangle toward its point, pinching the edges to seal and create a perfect crescent shape.
- Brush each with egg wash, then bake at 375°F for 12–15 minutes until crescents are puffed and golden brown.
