Method

How to Make Cheesy Spinach Stuffed Crescents
  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook fresh spinach with a pinch of garlic powder until wilted and bright green, about 2–3 minutes.
  2. In a mixing bowl, stir together cream cheese, shredded mozzarella, grated Parmesan, salt, and pepper until smooth, creamy, and well combined.
  3. Fold the wilted spinach into the cheese mixture until evenly distributed, ensuring every bite is cheesy and vibrant.
  4. Place crescent dough sheets on a parchment-lined baking sheet, gently pressing seams together to form uniform triangles ready for filling.
  5. Spoon about 2 tablespoons of spinach-cheese mixture onto the wide end of each triangle, leaving a small border so filling doesn’t spill during baking.
  6. Starting at the wide end, roll each triangle toward its point, pinching the edges to seal and create a perfect crescent shape.
  7. Brush each with egg wash, then bake at 375°F for 12–15 minutes until crescents are puffed and golden brown.
