  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil or vegetable oil
For the Honey Mustard Glaze
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar or lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce optional

How to Make
  1. Pat chicken dry with paper towels, then season generously with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Let sit for about 5 minutes.
  2. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add oil and heat until shimmering.
  3. Place chicken bites in the hot skillet, spacing evenly. Sear for 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. Transfer cooked chicken to a warm plate and let it rest for 2–3 minutes.
  5. Combine honey, Dijon mustard, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, and soy sauce in a bowl. Whisk until smooth.
  6. Return chicken to the skillet over low heat. Pour the honey mustard glaze over the bites and stir gently for 1–2 minutes.
  7. Remove from heat, transfer to a serving dish, and garnish with chopped parsley or scallions. Serve immediately.
