How to Make
- Pat chicken dry with paper towels, then season generously with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Let sit for about 5 minutes.
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add oil and heat until shimmering.
- Place chicken bites in the hot skillet, spacing evenly. Sear for 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
- Transfer cooked chicken to a warm plate and let it rest for 2–3 minutes.
- Combine honey, Dijon mustard, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, and soy sauce in a bowl. Whisk until smooth.
- Return chicken to the skillet over low heat. Pour the honey mustard glaze over the bites and stir gently for 1–2 minutes.
- Remove from heat, transfer to a serving dish, and garnish with chopped parsley or scallions. Serve immediately.
