How to Make Garlic Cheese Baked Chicken Thighs
- Preheat your oven to 400°F.
- Thoroughly pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
- Drizzle olive oil over each thigh, then evenly rub in minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Arrange the thighs skin-side up on a rimmed baking sheet and bake for 30–35 minutes.
