Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 1-quart baking dish.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter or olive oil. Add minced garlic and fresh spinach; cook until wilted, about 2–3 minutes.
  3. In a large bowl, whip softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth and creamy.
  4. Fold in sautéed spinach, mozzarella, parmesan, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir gently.
  5. Transfer the mixture into your prepared dish. Bake for 20–25 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
  6. Let the dip rest for 5 minutes, then garnish and serve with chips, bread, or veggies.
